Day 1Arrival at Bangalore — Welcome to the Silicon City of India

  • On Arrival at Bangalore Airport / Railway Station, meet our representative at a pickup point and get transferred to your pre-booked hotel in Bangalore.
  • Upon reaching the hotel, complete the check in formalities in the hotel.
  • You will first be taken to the beautiful Lalbagh Botanical Gardens, which is spread across 240 acres and features a vast collection of exotic plants and trees.
  • Next, you will visit the Bangalore Palace, a magnificent Tudor-style palace that was built in 1887 by King Chamaraja Wodeyar X.
  • After that, visit the Tipu Sultan’s Summer Palace, which was built in the 18th century and features elegant teak wood pillars, frescoes, and intricate carvings.
  • After a long day of sightseeing, you will be dropped back to your hotel to relax and unwind.
  • Have your night meal and an overnight stay in Bangalore.

Day 2Bangalore to Coorg — Enroute to Scotland of India

  • Post breakfast, leave Bangalore and head towards Coorg, a journey of approximately 256 km and taking around 5 – 6 hours.
  • On the way to Madikeri, visit Bylakuppe Tibetan Settlement and Kaveri Nisargadhama in Kushalnagar.
  • On arrival at the hotel, complete the check-in formalities to the hotel.
  • After lunch, relax for some time and proceed for the sightseeing. Start your sightseeing in Coorg with a visit to Talakaveri, the origin of the River Kaveri, which is surrounded by scenic beauty.
  • Next, visit the Omkareshwar Temple, a 19th-century temple dedicated to Lord Shiva.
  • Later, visit Abbey Falls, a beautiful waterfall located amidst coffee and spice plantations.

Day 3Coorg Sightseeing — Get a chance to see the origin of Kaveri

  • Wake up with the aroma of coffee and enjoy your breakfast and proceed for the sightseeing for a full day covering Talacauveri, located in the picturesque location of Brahmagiri hills. Talacauvery is the origin of River Kaveri, a beautiful Talacauvery Temple built around it.
  • Visit to Bhagamandala, it is famous for the confluence of the three sacred rivers, Kaveri, Sujyothi and Kanike.
  • Visit to the temple dedicated to Bhagandeshwara (Lord Shiva). Return to the hotel for lunch.
  • After lunch, visit Dubare Elephant camp, a forest camp on the banks of the River Kaveri where bathing and feeding the elephants are done. Dubare elephant camp in Coorg is the perfect destination to enjoy Elephant rides, bird watching and adventurous trekking.
  • Back to the hotel and have your late night meal.
  • Retire for the day.

Day 4Coorg to Mysore — Walk past the royal history

  • After breakfast, proceed to Mysore on the way to visit Srirangapatna which was  the capital of King Hyder Ali and his son Tippu Sultan. 
  • By noon at Mysore, complete the check in formalities to the hotel.  
  • The first place to visit in Mysore is the Mysore Palace, also known as the Amba Vilas Palace. This magnificent palace was once the residence of the Wodeyar dynasty and is now one of the most popular tourist attractions in Mysore.
  • After visiting the palace, head to the Chamundi Hills, which is located around 13 km from Mysore.
  • Visit the Chamundeshwari Temple there, which is dedicated to Goddess Chamundeshwari and is a popular pilgrimage site in Mysore. The view from the top of the hills is breathtaking, and you can see the entire city of Mysore from here.
  • Next, head to the Brindavan Gardens, which is located around 19 km from Mysore. The gardens are spread over an area of 60 acres and are famous for their symmetrical design and musical fountains.
  • The gardens are a popular spot for picnics and evening walks, and you can enjoy the cool breeze and the beautiful views of the gardens.
  • After a day of sightseeing, return to your hotel and have dinner.
  • Overnight stay in the hotel in Mysore.

Day 5Mysore to Ooty — Enroute to Queen of Hills

  • Post breakfast, complete the check out formalities from Mysore and head towards Ooty, a journey of approximately 125 km and takes around 3-4 hours.
  • On the way, get a mesmerising view of passing the Bandipur and Mudumalai forest.
  • Once reached at the hotel, complete the check in formalities in the hotel.
