Day 1 Arrival at Bangalore and transfer to Coorg — Welcome to the Scotland of India

  • On Arrival at Bangalore Airport / Railway Station, meet our representative at a pickup point and get transferred to your pre-booked hotel in Coorg..
  • Once you reach Coorg, check in to your hotel and freshen up before heading out for sightseeing.
  • The first place to visit in Coorg is the Dubare Elephant Camp, which is located around 15 km from the town of Kushalnagar. Here, you can interact with elephants, bathe them, and even take a ride on their backs. The camp also offers guided tours, where you can learn about the lives of these gentle giants.
  • After visiting the elephant camp, head to Abbey Falls, which is located around 8 km from Madikeri, the main town in Coorg. Abbey Falls is a beautiful waterfall that cascades down from a height of around 70 feet. You can take a short trek to reach the falls and enjoy the beautiful views of the surrounding hills.
  • Next, visit Raja’s Seat, which is a beautiful garden located in the heart of Madikeri.
