Itinerary

Day 1Arrival at Bangalore and transfer to Mysore — Welcome to The City of Palaces

Upon your arrival in Bangalore Airport / Railway Station, our representative will extend a warm welcome and accompany you on a scenic journey to Mysore.
The journey from Bangalore to Mysore takes approximately 2 – 3 hours, covering a distance of 147 km.
After arriving in Mysore, complete the check in formalities in the hotel.
The first place to visit in Mysore is the Mysore Palace, also known as the Amba Vilas Palace. This magnificent palace was once the residence of the Wodeyar dynasty and is now one of the most popular tourist attractions in Mysore.
After visiting the palace, head to the Chamundi Hills, which is located around 13 km from Mysore.
Visit the Chamundeshwari Temple there, which is dedicated to Goddess Chamundeshwari and is a popular pilgrimage site in Mysore. The view from the top of the hills is breathtaking, and you can see the entire city of Mysore from here.
Next, head to the Brindavan Gardens, which is located around 19 km from Mysore. The gardens are spread over an area of 60 acres and are famous for their symmetrical design and musical fountains.
The gardens are a popular spot for picnics and evening walks, and you can enjoy the cool breeze and the beautiful views of the gardens.
After a day of sightseeing, return to your hotel and have dinner.

Day 2Mysore to Coorg — Get Up Close and Personal With Elephants

Start your day with a hearty breakfast at your hotel in Mysore before you embark on your journey to Coorg.
After breakfast, transfer from Mysore to Coorg, which is located around 120 km away and takes around 2-3 hours by road.
Once you reach Coorg, check in to your hotel and freshen up before heading out for sightseeing.
The first place to visit in Coorg is the Dubare Elephant Camp, which is located around 15 km from the town of Kushalnagar. Here, you can interact with elephants, bathe them, and even take a ride on their backs. The camp also offers guided tours, where you can learn about the lives of these gentle giants.
After visiting the elephant camp, head to Abbey Falls, which is located around 8 km from Madikeri, the main town in Coorg. Abbey Falls is a beautiful waterfall that cascades down from a height of around 70 feet. You can take a short trek to reach the falls and enjoy the beautiful views of the surrounding hills.
Next, visit Raja’s Seat, which is a beautiful garden located in the heart of Madikeri.
The hilltop offers stunning views of the surrounding hills and valleys, and is a popular spot for picnics and evening walks. The hilltop is especially beautiful during sunrise and sunset, when the sky is painted in hues of orange and pink.

Day 3Explore Coorg — Get Lost In The Aroma of Coffee

Start your day with a delicious breakfast at your hotel in Coorg.
After breakfast, head to a nearby coffee plantation for a tour.
Coorg is famous for its coffee plantations, and a visit to one of these plantations will give you a glimpse into the history and cultivation of coffee in the region. You can also sample freshly brewed coffee and purchase some to take back home.
Next, visit Talacauvery, which is located around 48 km from Madikeri.
Talacauvery is the source of the river Cauvery, which is considered sacred by the locals. The site is marked by a temple and a small pond, where visitors can take a dip and seek blessings.
After Talacauvery, head to Bhagamandala, which is located around 8 km away.
Bhagamandala is a small town located at the confluence of three rivers – Cauvery, Kannike, and Sujyoti. The town is home to a beautiful temple dedicated to Lord Shiva and is a popular pilgrimage site for Hindus.

Day 4Departure from Coorg — Take a Bagful of Happy Memories!

Start your day with a hearty breakfast at your hotel in Coorg before heading out on the road.
After breakfast, it’s time to hit the road for your journey to Bangalore. The drive will take you through some scenic countryside, and you’ll pass through small towns and villages along the way.
The journey from Coorg to Bangalore is around 260 km and will take around 5-6 hours, depending on traffic.
On the way to Bangalore, make a stop at Bylakuppe, It is a home to a large Tibetan refugee community, and visitors can explore the colorful monasteries and experience Tibetan culture.
After that you will start your journey back to Bangalore with a bag full of memories.
