Interestingly, Mount Abu has a special link to British colonial history. The British loved it as a summer retreat to escape the intense heat of the plains. You can still see colonial-style bungalows and churches around, giving the area a historic charm.

Next, you’ll visit the Crystal Gallery, which has the world’s largest private collection of beautiful crystals. Then, you’ll enjoy a boat ride on Lake Pichola and explore Jag Mandir island palace, known for its lovely design and stunning views.

You’ll feel the magic of Udaipur when you explore the historic Bagore Ki Haveli and enjoy the colourful Dharohar Folk Dance Show in the evening. The next day, soak in the calm of Saheliyon Ki Bari with its lush gardens and fountains. Admire the detailed artistry at Jagdish Temple, and feel inspired by the stunning views from the Monsoon Palace.

You’ll be amazed at the Under The Sun Aquarium, where you can stroll through an underwater tunnel and see over 100 marine species up close. In the evening, relax by Fateh Sagar Lake with a peaceful boat ride to Nehru Park.

Before returning to your hotel, dive into the lively local markets like Hathi Pol Bazaar and Bada Bazar to experience the vibrant culture of Udaipur.

On the third day, after breakfast, you’ll visit Eklingji Temple, where the beautiful carvings and peaceful atmosphere will help you connect with the spirit of Lord Shiva. Then, head to Mount Abu to see the Dilwara Temples, where the amazing marble design will leave you feeling truly impressed.

On the final day, start early with a visit to Nakki Lake. You can enjoy a peaceful boat ride and take a walk around the lake, including a stop at Toad Rock, a fascinating natural formation that looks like a giant toad.

Return to the hotel for breakfast, then check out and head to Udaipur Airport or Abu Road Railway Station, taking with you fond memories of your trip.

Day 1 Arrival at Udaipurr — Welcome to the Beautiful “City of Lakes”

On Arrival at Udaipur Airport / Railway Station, meet our representative at a pickup point and get transferred to your pre-booked hotel in Udaipur.

Upon reaching the hotel, complete the check in formalities and spend a relaxing day getting proper rest.
Start your day to visit City Palace, which boasts a collection of 11 stunning palaces, 5 beautiful museums, and over 1,500 intricate paintings.
Next, visit the world’s largest private collection of crystal under one roof, featuring exquisite crystal furniture, crockery, and a crystal bed, at the renowned Crystal Gallery.
Enjoy a relaxing boat ride on Lake Pichola. Visit Jag Mandir, an island palace known for its beautiful garden and architecture.
Later on, visit Bagore Ki Haveli, a historic haveli situated on the waterfront of Lake Pichola at Gangaur Ghat. It houses a museum with an impressive collection of artefacts and exhibits.
In the evening, witness the Dharohar Folk Dance Show at Bagore Ki Haveli. This show presents traditional Rajasthani folk dance and music.
Conclude the day, back to the hotel and retire for the day.

Day 2Full Day Sightseeing of Udaipur

On the second day, energise yourself with the morning breakfast at the hotel, and proceed for the sightseeing for a full day covering Saheliyon Ki Bari, the Garden of Maidens, known for its lush green lawns, lotus pools, marble pavilions, and fountains.
Next, visit the Jagdish Temple, an Indo-Aryan temple built in 1651. The temple is dedicated to Lord Vishnu and is known for its stunning architecture and intricate carvings.
Continue to visit the Monsoon Palace, located on a hilltop. This palace offers a panoramic view of the city and its surroundings, especially beautiful at sunset.
Experience the thrill of walking through India’s largest underwater tunnel at Under The Sun Aquarium Udaipur, where you can see over 100 species of marine life including sharks, stingrays, and turtles.
Spend your evening at Fateh Sagar Lake, an artificial lake named after Maharana Fateh Singh. Enjoy a boat ride and visit Nehru Park, an island park in the lake.
If time permits, explore the local markets for some shopping. Hathi Pol Bazar and Bada Bazaar are great places to shop for souvenirs, traditional Rajasthani handicrafts, textiles, and jewellery.
After a full day of sightseeing, finally back to the hotel, have your night meal and retire for the day.

Day 3Udaipur to Mount Abu — Explore the Place Away from the Scorching Desert Heat

On the third day, have your breakfast and visit the Eklingji Temple, located about 22 km from Udaipur. This temple is dedicated to Lord Shiva and is one of the most famous temples in Rajasthan.
Later on, back to the hotel, pack your bags and check out from the hotel and proceed towards Mount Abu, a scenic drive of approximately 3-4 hours.
Upon reaching the hotel, complete the check in formalities and spend a relaxing day getting proper rest.
Explore the famous Dilwara Temples, known for their stunning marble architecture and intricate carvings. Spend some time exploring the temples and appreciating their historical and cultural significance.
Visit Guru Shikhar, the highest peak in the Aravalli Range. Enjoy the panoramic views from the top and visit the Guru Dattatreya Temple located here.
Explore the Achalgarh Fort, known for its historical significance and beautiful architecture. Visit the Achaleshwar Mahadev Temple within the fort complex.
In the evening, visit the Sunset Point to witness a breathtaking sunset over the Aravalli Range. The panoramic view of the sun setting behind the hills is a must-see.
Later on, back to the hotel and have your night meal and retire for the day.

Day 4Mount Abu to Udaipur Departure — End of Trip With a Bag Full of Life Time Memories

On the final day, kick-off your day early for an amazing experience and head to Nakki Lake for a leisurely boat ride. Enjoy the serene atmosphere and beautiful views of the surrounding hills.
You can also take a walk around the lake and visit the nearby Toad Rock.
Thereafter, head back to the hotel. Upon Arrival, you will be served with a delicious morning meal.
Pack your bags and check out from the hotel and then board your vehicle to reach Udaipur Airport / Abu Road Railway Station.
